One of the craziest Kai's I've seen. Based off of what I've seen of the difference between the Kai's and the Gods of Destruction, it looks like their personalities are the opposite. Row has a crazy and evil (I think) and as for Sidra, remember that one match's when Row was happy that his side looked like it was winning, and then Sidra said "Maybe this is too much." 

That might indicate that Sidra is a more kinder God of Destruction, that might explain why their Universe is the lowest in Mortal Level. But I could be wrong, who knows?
